Road To
Independent Sleep

Fact: We humans spend about 30% of our lifetime on sleep.

Sleep helps us rest our bodies, rejuvenate our minds, and often time it generates brilliant ideas in our dreams.  In my opinion, there are very few things NOT fixed by a good restful sleep.

When it comes to being new parents, we slight this very vital part of our life as “unimportant” and pour ourselves into our child’s wellbeing, and rightly so. However, this is NOT truly beneficial for your or your child’s wellbeing! What if I tell you that you need not be that “sleepless parent snoozing at every available opportunity” during the day, because you AND your baby both had a restful sleep through the night?!

As parents we ought to be ready to change many things and sacrifice a few others for our children. But sleep should not and, more importantly, need not be one of them.

Whether you realize it or not, restful sleep plays a very important role in maintaining your mental health and therefore, directly impacts your ability to be the most awesome parent that your child deserves. Over the years, I have seen multiple instances where a well-rested family was able to deal with the twists and turns of parenthood with poise, which sometimes include marital friction.

The “Road to Independent Sleep” method aims to bring peace and harmony to your family with your child’s growth and development as its focal point.
